HIIT THE DECK

High Intensity Interval Training - Club ACE Style

This HIIT-style class will push you with a fast-paced, heart-pumping workout! Whether you're jumping, rowing, biking, or pushing through weight circuits--be prepared to SWEAT, SMILE, and leave STRONGER than you came!

This class takes place on "The Deck"--the flat, open, "do-it-all" section of our Clubhouse. Bikes may be used, but classic spin is not a typical part of these classes.

50 minutes

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before class starts. If you're new, please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can determine your fitness goals and get accustomed to the class format.

Cancellation Policy: Can't make it? No worries! Please be sure to cancel your class from the app or website as soon as you know. A $10 fee will apply for no-shows or cancellations made less than 6 hours before class time. This ensures that we can offer your spot to someone else and that our instructors are prepared to keep our classes running efficiently.
