In an intentional half hour, work head to toe to build and tone muscle and confidence with our Club ACE carefully planned strength workouts. We will take advantage of stations ensuring your mind and body stay engaged!

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before class starts. If you're new, please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can help get you set up and accustomed to the bike / class format.
Cancellation Policy: Can't make it? No worries! Please be sure to cancel your class from the app or website as soon as you know. A $10 fee will apply for no-shows or cancellations made less than 6 hours before class time. This ensures that we can offer your spot to someone else and that our instructors are prepared to keep our classes running efficiently.
